My Philosophy

Leadership dictates team effectiveness, so unstoppable teams require unstoppable leaders. Becoming an unstoppable leader is not about force or bravado. It is about self-leadership, building the right mindset, and implementing performance systems. Unstoppable leaders are clear in what they want, cultivate success mindsets, and develop routines and habits to support their success. No one is born with these skills. They must be built.

My Background

I’ve spent the last 2 decades studying leadership and human performance. With a master's degree in exercise science and another master's in organizational leadership, I blend the science of human performance with the practices of leadership performance to enhance individual effectiveness. I’ve worked with leaders at all levels, from front line managers to CEOs. And I’ve worked with companies of all sizes, from startups to Fortune 50 corporations.

Today

I work 1:1 with leaders through two primary programs:

The Confident Leader -Ā a coaching program focused on building confidence and authority so leaders can have difficult conversations with ease.

The High Impact Leader -Ā a coaching program helping leaders level up their impact through leadership prowess, organizational awareness, and interpersonal skills.

I'm also buildingĀ Leadership Accountability OS, a leadership operating system designed to help leaders and organizations make accountability a reliable expectation, and not something dependent on personality or courage.
