Most of my work falls into two areas:
1:1 Leadership Coaching
I coach leaders both new and experienced through my High Impact Leadership program. This work focuses on foundational leadership skills that are often NOT taught when leaders get promoted, but are required for career growth.Â
Through The Confident Leader program, I coach experienced managers and directors who want to handle difficult conversations with confidence and authority, without avoidance, overthinking, or second-guessing themselves afterward.
This work is practical, focused, and grounded in real leadership situations.
Organizational Leadership Work
For organizations ready to go deeper, I partner with leadership teams to strengthen how accountability actually works, so issues are addressed early, directly, and consistently across teams.
This work is delivered through select consulting engagements and leadership development initiatives.
I also deliver bespoke workshops and keynotes on leadership communications, high-performance teams, and other topics.
